Generative AI tools are changing the way we work. Our workflows and processes change, expectations of our roles change, our jobs change... inevitably our organisation must also change.
Conway's law describes the link between communication structure of organizations and the systems they design.
"Organizations which design systems are constrained to produce designs which are copies of the communication structures of these organizations."
