London 2026 Code of Conduct
Purpose
Agent Craft is committed to enabling an event where everyone can participate in an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment. All participants are expected to behave with integrity and respect.
Scope / Applicability
This code of conduct applies to Agent Craft London 2026 and any related talks, facilitated discussions, unconference sessions, networking events, and fringe activities organised as part of the event.
It applies to attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, organisers, suppliers, and guests.
Reporting an Issue
Our team members can be approached directly at the event. You can also report an issue by emailing contact@aifortherestofus.live.
Our Standards & Values
Inclusiveness and respect are central to the event. Behaviour that contributes to a positive environment includes:
- Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people.
- Respecting differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences.
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback.
- Respecting communication preferences and accessibility needs.
- Taking responsibility, apologising when needed, and learning.
- Focusing on what is best for the community as a whole.
Prohibited Conduct
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to protected characteristics, inappropriate physical contact, intimidation, deliberate disruption, stalking, or sharing private information without permission.
Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:
- The use of sexualized language, imagery, or attention.
- Aggressive, confrontational, or demeaning behaviour.
- Trolling, insulting, derogatory comments, or personal attacks.
- Sustained disruption of talks, sessions, or side events.
- Inappropriate conduct online that impacts event participants.
Participants asked to stop any prohibited behaviour are expected to comply immediately.
Complaint Process
If a participant engages in prohibited behaviour, the organisers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender, removing them from the event, or banning them from future events without refund.
Appropriate action may include:
- Undertaking a fact-finding exercise.
- Requesting the behaviour stop immediately.
- Suspending or terminating event access.
- Contacting the relevant employer or authority if needed.
- Banning attendance from future events.
