London 2026 Terms and Conditions

Code of Conduct

Agent Craft London 2026 and AI for the rest of us are committed to creating an event at which everyone can participate in an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment. All participants are expected to behave with integrity and respect towards everyone attending or involved with the event.

We reserve the right to cancel tickets or refuse entry at our sole discretion. All requests made by organisers and venue staff must be adhered to at all times.

Cancelling or Transferring Your Ticket

Please use contact@aifortherestofus.live to request a refund or transfer. This must be requested at least 30 days prior to the event unless a different ticketing policy is published at launch.

Photography and Footage

There will be multiple photographers and videographers on site. At the event there will be coloured lanyards available for anyone not wishing to be included in photography. We make every effort to respect your preferences in this matter.

By registering for Agent Craft London 2026 you acknowledge that there may be images or footage of you taken on the day. If, for any reason, you would like an image of yourself removed from a social media post or page you can email contact@aifortherestofus.live.

Social Media

We encourage attendees to share insights and learning on social media during and after the event. We reserve the right to reproduce quotes and public feedback with full credit.

Accessibility

If you need to share or update accessibility requirements, please email contact@aifortherestofus.live. We will use that information to help us run a more inclusive and accessible event.

Age Restrictions

All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please inform us before the event if any member of your party is under 18.

Agenda and Speakers

The agenda of the conference will be published online at aifortherestofus.live. The organisers may update the schedule, venue logistics, and speaker line-up without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

By registering for this event or joining the waitlist you will be automatically subscribed to updates about the community via the AI for the rest of us newsletter. We think the newsletter is great (we would say that) and many people choose to stay, but you are free to unsubscribe at any time.

Agent Craft London 2026 is a smaller, more interactive format and we are limited in the number of sponsors we can accommodate. There will be a maximum of four sponsors present and they will receive the following information about you: your name, email address, job role, company.

By registering for this event or joining the waitlist you consent to us sharing your details with these sponsors.

Sponsors are motivated to make connections and may choose to use other methods of collecting data from you. This may include raffles, fringe social events, newsletter subscriptions or other sign up methods. These fall outside of the scope of the event Privacy Policy.

Data Retention Policy

When registering for Agent Craft London 2026 you have provided us with information about yourself, your role and contact details, along with other information about yourself that we use to help us run an inclusive and accessible event. Only the organisers will have access to this information for the purpose of running the event well.

After the event we may retain your data to share event follow-ups, recordings, photographs, and details of future events.

Postponement

If the event is postponed for any reason, tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend on that date you can request a refund or transfer as described above.

Venue Rules

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any attendee from the premises where behaviour is illegal, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate for a professional event.

• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• No dangerous, illegal, flammable, or offensive materials.
• No disruptive, offensive or aggressive behaviour.
• No entry without valid registration or event approval.
