With a career spanning more than 20 years in the Technology industry Crystal has held CTO, VP, and Senior Director of Software Engineering roles. From early stage start ups to very mature enterprises - in the Media, Technology, Dev Security, Publishing, and Energy sectors - she has a track record of building highly successful engineering and product organisations whilst knowing that technology innovatio must be tied to the goals and drivers of running businesses and making that a success.
