A survival guide to navigating the AI hype cycle: Key things to know for your strategy

    Learn from Martina

"Major disruptive technologies also require that we need to transform how we do things and how we work. That requires time, that doesn't happen overnight. That requires people and it also requires adequate investment. Like most other things in an organization, AI doesn't work well in a silo"

We are in the middle of a paradigm shift with AI, which creates incredible opportunity and momentum for innovation. But it’s hard to know where and how exactly to place our bets since we also need to be realistic about what it means to incorporate that innovation into our work. This talk will outline key considerations for successfully integrating AI into your organisation’s strategy.

    - Understanding the AI hype cycle: how people and organisations respond to new technology

    - What we have already learned from building products with AI

    - Evaluating how AI fits into your current organisation

    - Where to place strategic betsHow to support AI to achieve desired results
