Matt has 20 years experience leading Technology teams. He has significant experience in technology transformation and a strong interest in digital innovation. He has led complex and innovative technology change for leading retailers including Tesco, John Lewis and Waitrose. He is passionate about how technology can enhance customer experience and business value and is fascinated about how AI can be leveraged to achieve that.
