Pushing AI to Production: Real Stories From Infra and Code Challenges
AI workflows often deal with large volumes of complex data. Managing and processing such data requires specialised infrastructure not typically found in other business workflows. But are the AI workflows so different after all? In this talk we’ll go through what an AI workflow looks like, and how can we handle queueing, state, scale, and observability with minimal infrastructure. We are going to cover this using real world scenarios and case studies.
Despite being an intermediate-level talk, no prior knowledge in AI infrastructure management is required. The talk will help you create a mental model of a possible workflow architecture built without a complex infrastructure.
