Humans + AI Automation: Redefining Collaboration at Work

    Wednesday 15th October 2025 • 12:10 PM - 12:40 PM

You've discovered ChatGPT's power for work tasks - asking it to draft emails, analyse data, or brainstorm ideas. But if you find yourself typing the same prompts day after day, you're ready for the next level. This session is about moving beyond manual AI interaction to true automation that frees you for higher-value work.

Most professionals are stuck in the "copy-paste" phase of AI adoption: asking ChatGPT the same questions, formatting the same reports, or generating similar content repeatedly. While this delivers immediate value, it's just the beginning. The real transformation happens when you automate these repetitive AI interactions, creating systems that handle routine tasks while you focus on strategy, creativity, and complex problem-solving.

Through practical examples, I wil explore how teams are evolving from daily ChatGPT (LLM interface) users to automation architects. See how a marketing team automated their weekly competitor analysis, how an HR department streamlined candidate screening, and how a sales team created automated proposal generation all building on the ChatGPT (LLM interface) workflows they were already using manually.

This session addresses the progression every AI user faces: recognising when you're ready to automate, identifying which repetitive AI tasks offer the biggest impact, and implementing solutions that scale beyond individual productivity. We'll cover no-code automation tools, API integrations, and workflow platforms that transform your daily ChatGPT (LLM iterface) habits into intelligent systems.

You'll learn to spot the automation opportunities hiding in your current AI usage patterns, understand the tools and approaches for scaling your AI workflows, and develop a roadmap for moving your team from reactive AI use to proactive automation. We'll also tackle common concerns about losing control, ensuring quality, and managing the transition from manual to automated processes.

The goal isn't to eliminate human involvement but to elevate it. When routine AI tasks run automatically, you can focus on the strategic thinking, relationship building, and creative problem-solving that truly drive business value. This is where human-AI collaboration reaches its full potential: AI handling the repetitive, humans driving the exceptional.
