Matt has 20 years experience leading Technology teams. He has significant experience in technology transformation and a strong interest in digital innovation. He has led complex and innovative technology change for leading retailers including Tesco, John Lewis and Waitrose. He is passionate about how technology can enhance customer experience and business value and is fascinated about how AI can be leveraged to achieve that. He is also a certified Professional Coach and is married with 4 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats which currently take up most of his spare time!
Archie Webb

Archie is a delivery leader & coach in agile leadership and business agility who has 10+ years of experience in the software development product space.
Archie is passionate about solving problems & impediments for organisations to ensure they are more effective & efficient. He also enjoys helping teams deliver more quickly & frequently, along with ensuring they build the right outcomes to the end-user/customer.
Outside of his professional career, Archie is a keen sportsman often running most weeks & "shanking" golf balls into trees ha ha. He also has a part time job as a DJ & enjoys producing music!
